Some relationships end up happily ever after; but let's face it, some don't. Everyone should know the basics about how the law applies within a relationship as well as how it applies after a relationship has broken down.

Same Sex Relationships

One can be attracted to anyone irrespective of their gender. Please remember the same sex marriages are not recognised in India. Even if you get married in a country that does recognise same sex marriage it will not entitle you to any benefit in India.
